The Joy of Feeling the Truth

When we hear the word truth, no matter which language, the heart skips a little. Truth is the best definition of love. That’s why so many poets and artist are inspired by love, it’s the moment of truth for a human. When referring to lying on this article it won’t be about when you told your boss you’re sick and you weren’t really.

Those are facts. Truth can go against facts and stay true. Example, Fact: I went to the shops 5 times yesterday. Truth: I can’t stand my job and found excuses to leave the house.

Now for the police report, the first part is important. For you? The truth is always where you want to stand.

Core Belief

Most of suffering and hurt comes from living a lie. When we are in our truth, the road ahead is safer and clearer. Truth is where love and happiness lives.

How Art is Affected

Your best piece of art comes from your truest moments. Either you were falling deeply in love with life or you were in the deepest pain. The middle moments don’t really produce much. Art requires that we live and tell the truth ** remember you could state facts and still be lying **.

Art requires we live and tell the truth, that’s why we are so scared of it. We know that’s the one place our comfortable lies will be revealed, even if those lies don‘t belong to us. They could be our parent’s or our tribe’s lies, still art will reveal them.

Feel the Truth despite how you Act

We give up on ourselves so quickly, it hurts. A writer that hasn’t written in the past year would stop feeling like a writer just because the facts were saying otherwise. Forgetting that art is born from living. You needed to live for a while before you could write or create something worth while.

Who are you deep down? Hold on to that even if it doesn’t look so at the moment.

Why it doesn’t look so at the moment?

Truth is Hidden on the Roots

You might see an avocado tree with no avocados and declare it useless. You might see a one week pregnant woman and declare her childless. The tree is waiting for winter. The woman is waiting for 9 months. Truth has a waiting period. Only you know and its important that you protect that truth whilst we wait for it to manifest.

Suggestion:

Spend time with your life. Where are you not truly yourself? How many compromises have you made and why? If this exercise is too much, take it one day at a time. At the end of each day, make yourself a nice cuppa and reflect: how many times did you compromise today? How many activities were you involved in that you don’t like?

My Own Personal Belief

Human experience is very individual. We could grow up in the same household and the same set of circumstances and have a totally different childhood. Truth is also individual. Art is the perfect place to express it. No need to explain oneself. The truths I hold dear ** there are only a few of them ** I allow no one to touch, even if they know more about the subject.

The Art of Feeling the Truth

We are all craving art created by individuals that are emotionally well and emotionally ecstatic. That’s what we deserve and that’s what we are creating here at Monday Happiness. Who you are on a daily basis is what you produce. Let truth be your guide.
